Delivery times

Delivery of items purchased on www.bialettisite.com generally occurs within 3-5 working days following receipt of order. However, estimated delivery times are approximate and in no way binding.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday; orders received on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Home deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm; no deliveries are made at weekends or on public holidays.

Delivery made be delayed in the event of:

inventory procedures (first week of January) or unforeseen circumstances;

national holidays (including but not limited to: 25 April, 15 August, Christmas Day);

destinations in rural/isolated locations;

events beyond the control of parties involved in the distribution chain, including but not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather conditions, roadblocks due to strikes, Public Authority restrictions, protests, road accidents, visits by public figures or similar;

Customs Office issues;

special promotional events;

distribution gridlocks.
